Who processes the data

Data controller: artyom.solutions (independent developer, hereafter "I"). Contact for all data matters: Telegram @artyomsolutions or the form on this site.

What data I collect

Contact form data: name or preferred address, contact (Telegram, WhatsApp, email or phone), task description, and the timestamp of your consent to processing.

Technical web server data: standard logs (IP address, user-agent, request time). They are needed for abuse protection and are kept for a limited time.

No analytics or ad trackers are installed on this site. If they ever appear, they will load only after your explicit consent in the cookie banner.

Cookies

The site uses only technical storage: your cookie banner choice is saved locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted anywhere. There are no marketing or analytics cookies.

Why the data is needed

The only purpose: to reply to your request and discuss the task. Data is not shared with third parties, not sold and not used for mailing lists.

How long data is kept

A request is kept while the discussion and possible cooperation last, but no longer than three years from the last contact, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or complete deletion. Message @artyomsolutions on Telegram or send a request via the form. Deletion is performed within 30 days.

Legal basis for processing: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a), Russian Federal Law 152-FZ art. 6). You can withdraw consent at any time the same way.

If the data processing practice changes, this page is updated; the update date is shown at the top.
