AI solutions and automation for your business. In days, not months.

I build AI agents, chatbots on your data and process automation: shaped around your workflow, not the other way round. You see a working prototype before you pay for development.

What I do

AI agents and chatbots

A bot that knows your business and answers like your best employee.

  • Consultant on company data: catalogue, policies, knowledge base (RAG)
  • Order and request intake in Telegram and on your website
  • First-line support that hands complex cases to a human

Process automation

What takes an employee a full day, a script does in minutes.

  • Reports, documents and exports on schedule
  • Scraping and monitoring: prices, competitors, marketplaces
  • Content production: texts, product cards, publishing

CRM and internal tools

Customer and order tracking built for your process, no extra buttons.

  • Customers, deals, stages, statistics
  • Employee roles: everyone sees only their own scope
  • One tool instead of a zoo of paid services

Integrations

I connect your services into one loop: data moves by itself.

  • Payment systems and POS
  • Delivery, warehouses, marketplaces
  • Spreadsheets, ERP, any service with an API

How it works

1

Conversation

Free. You tell me what hurts and what eats your time. I tell you what can be done and give a cost estimate.

2

Prototype

I show a working MVP, often the same day. You try it hands-on with your own scenarios, not from a slide deck.

3

Delivery

I take the prototype to production use: real data, employee roles, integrations, team onboarding.

4

Support

I stay in touch: new features, adjustments as your process changes, ongoing support.

Case studies

25 days → 2 hours

Loyalty bot for a coffee shop

A spec the market quoted at 25 days of development was delivered in 2 hours, fully to spec and with a redesign. Customers save points towards a goal, baristas award them in two taps, the owner sees the statistics.

$200 → 0

Landing page production

A lead-gen business ordered every landing page from contractors for $200 and waited days. I set up a template CMS and built a CRM that replaced their stack of paid services. A new landing page now takes 20 minutes of copywriting, not development.

MVP in an hour

Mini-CRM for a cargo business

After one conversation about the pain (managers see the whole customer base, the base leaks) I showed a working MVP within an hour: owner/employee roles, employees see only their own customers and no personal data.

Ways to work

Prototype

Validate the idea

  • Working MVP on your scenarios
  • Timeline: from one day
  • Try it hands-on before committing to development

Delivery

Take it to production

  • Real data, roles, integrations
  • Team onboarding
  • Launch on your infrastructure or my hosting

Support

Evolve and maintain

  • New features as your process changes
  • Monitoring and fixes
  • Priority communication

Pricing depends on the task: I give an estimate after the first conversation, which is free.

Questions and answers

How long does development take?

Prototype: from one day. Delivery to production use: usually from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the number of integrations and the amount of data. I give an exact timeline after the first conversation.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the task, not on a price list. After a free conversation I give an estimate of cost and timeline. You see a working prototype before you pay for development.

What makes up the price?

The amount of work: number of integrations, complexity of the logic, volume of data, role and security requirements. You do not pay for an office, managers or agency staff.

What is an AI agent in plain words?

A program that understands requests in natural language and performs actions itself: answers a customer, files a request, searches the database, prepares a document. Unlike a button-based bot, an agent understands free-form phrasing.

What is RAG and why does my business need it?

RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) means the bot answers not from general knowledge but from your materials: catalogue, policies, knowledge base. This removes made-up answers and makes responses accurate for your business.

How safe is it? Where does my data live?

Data lives in your infrastructure or on a dedicated server for the project, with role-based access. Only the fragments needed for an answer go to AI models; sensitive fields can be masked when required.

What do you need from me to start?

One conversation about what hurts: 20-30 minutes. Then access to the services that need connecting and sample data. No need to write a spec, I draft it myself from the conversation.

How does the prototype stage work?

After the conversation I build a working MVP for the most painful scenario, often the same day. You try it hands-on, we adjust it live. The prototype proves the solution works before any major investment.

What happens after the project is delivered?

I onboard the team, hand over access and stay in touch. Then, as you prefer: ongoing support with evolution for your process, or one-off changes on request.

Why is one developer with AI tools faster than an agency?

No task hand-offs along the manager-analyst-developer-tester chain: the person you talked to is the person who builds. AI tools take over the routine part of development. Result: a prototype in hours instead of weeks of sign-offs.

Do you work with our existing systems?

Yes. Anything with an API or an export can be connected: ERP, payments, delivery services, marketplaces, spreadsheets, telephony. If there is no API, there is usually a workaround via exports or scraping.

Telegram bot or a standalone app: which to choose?

If your customers and staff already live in Telegram, a bot is cheaper and faster: no installs or logins. A web app is needed when the interface is complex: tables, dashboards, many roles. A combo often works best: a bot for customers, web for the team.

Where will all this be hosted?

Options: your server, my hosting paid within support, or a cloud under your account. I recommend based on the task and budget.

Who owns the code?

You do. After payment you receive the source code and access. No lock-in to a closed platform: any developer can continue the work.

What if the result does not work for me?

A serious invoice appears only after you have tried a working prototype hands-on. If the prototype does not convince you, you do not pay for delivery.

What time zone do you work in and how do we stay in touch?

Communication via Telegram, calls by arrangement. I work with clients from Russia and Southeast Asia and adapt to time zone differences.

Can we start with a small task?

Yes, that is the best way to start. We take one pain point, automate it, you see the result in action. Then we expand based on proven value, not a big contract.

Discuss your task

Describe what eats your time or where money leaks. I reply personally, usually within a day.
